Pricing:
Under 80: €16/h after tax credit (i.e. €32/h before).
80 and over: €15/h after tax credit (i.e. €30/h before).

Our services qualify for the 50% tax credit for personal services, under current regulations. It applies whether or not you pay income tax.
Without immediate advance, you pay €30/h at the end of the month (€32/h if you are under 80), and half is refunded to you after your tax return.
For regular missions of more than 3 hours a month, we offer immediate advance: you no longer pay anything upfront and pay €15/h after tax credit straight away (€16/h if you are under 80).

Insurance partner: we have chosen to work with the insurer AXA, which covers bodily injury, property damage and financial loss during companionship and home help missions.
How the agency model works
We pay the young person and handle all the declarations and legal obligations.
Under a mandate contract, Généraction takes care of everything for you:
Selection
Généraction chooses a young person and introduces them to the senior. The senior remains the young person's employer.
Paperwork
Généraction handles all the paperwork, the Urssaf declarations and the signing of contracts.
Payments
Généraction pays the young person and sends you the invoice every month.
Immediate advance
For regular missions of more than 3 hours a month, we set up immediate advance if you wish: you only pay the amount after tax credit.
Frequently asked questions
Will it always be the same young person?
Yes, as long as their availability matches yours. Généraction is flexible on both sides, for you as well as for the young person.
How much will I pay?
Our rates are €32 per hour if you are under 80, and €30 per hour if you are 80 or over.
Our services qualify for the 50% tax credit for personal services, under current regulations. After this credit, an hour comes to €16 or €15. To find out when you get the 50% back, see the next question.
When will I get the 50% back?
There are two cases:
- With immediate advance, for regular missions (more than 3 hours a month): you only pay 50% of the amount, collected by Urssaf. You don't pay anything upfront.
- Without immediate advance: you pay the full amount, then the 50% is refunded through your income tax return the following year.
Who is the young person's employer?
You are. Généraction acts as a personal services agent (mandataire). We put you in touch with the young person and handle all the legal and administrative steps. You remain the employer, however.
